We had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The staff at Kaung Myint were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us during our visit. They even went as far as contacting our insurance company when I fell ill and needed to see a doctor. The hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the city, and we loved that they provided free bikes for us to use. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the complimentary HBO on the TV. The breakfast options were delicious, especially the rice and fresh fruit. we had a great experience at Kaung Myint Hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

The hotel breakfast was delicious and offered a range of options. the staff was super friendly and welcoming, always willing to help with any questions or requests. the location was great, near many attractions and easily accessible. Plus, the free bike rental was a major bonus for exploring the area on two wheels.
The air conditioning in the room wasn't the greatest and struggled to keep the room cool, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. the Wi-Fi was spotty at times and didn't always work well.

Had a wonderful Christmas vacation at a hotel in Mandalay. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of options to choose from. The key location of the hotel made it easy to explore the city on foot, with so many shops and restaurants nearby.
One thing we didn't enjoy was the lack of soundproofing in the hotel, as we were often woken up by noisy guests in the hallway. the Wi-Fi wasn't the best, but it was still useable.
